The dress is made of a natural linen with the linen "threads" unwoven in panels that reveal the pink body stocking worn underneath. The dress has pink appliques on the sleeves and has rows of topstitched ribbon in pink and cream on the bodice. The dress closes with a back zipper and only has a vintage size label. You could wear high waisted footless stockings under this dress as well.

This phenomenal vintage dress came from an estate of collectible higher end ethnic folk clothing, mostly from Guatemala, but this could also have been made in another Central or South American country, from the 1960's and 1970s. We have never seen anything like this!

This ensemble is in excellent condition. Please use the measurements as a guide, but we estimate this to fit a size 6.
